1. Service Provider

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Visibility service provided by Blockchain and Marketing Solutions EOOD ("Provider", "we", "us").

2. Service Description

AI Visibility provides AI discoverability audit and optimization services:

- Tier 1 — AI Visibility Starter (USD 119): automated audit, robots.txt, llms.txt, schema.jsonld generation, AI Visibility Report PDF. Delivered within 24 hours.
- Tier 2 — AI Visibility Pro (USD 299): everything in Starter plus human expert review, content audit, citation engineering, extended report. Delivered within 24 hours.
- Tier 3 — Agentic Commerce Setup (USD 2,000–5,000): custom project including MCP server setup, AI agent integration, crawl management. Project duration 2–4 weeks, scope defined individually.

Services consumed outside the EU are outside the scope of VAT.

3. Order Process

For Tier 1 and Tier 2:
1. You submit your website URL, email, and niche through our checkout form.
2. You provide consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Payment is processed through Stripe.
4. Upon successful payment, we begin the audit and deliver results via email within 24 hours.

For Tier 3:
1. You submit a request through the contact form.
2. We assess your project and provide a proposal.
3. Project terms are agreed individually before work begins.

4. Payment

- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are in USD.
- Payment is required before service delivery for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
- Tier 3 payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement.
- We issue invoices for all transactions.

5. Delivery

- Tier 1 and Tier 2 results are delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
- Standard delivery time is within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, we will notify you and provide an updated timeline.
- Delivery includes: AI Visibility Report (PDF), generated files (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema.jsonld), and platform-specific instructions.

6. Refund Policy

- If we fail to deliver the report within 48 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If the delivered report does not match the service description for your purchased tier, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
- Refund requests should be sent to office@workerlab.ai.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

- The generated files (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema.jsonld) are yours to use without restriction once delivered.
- The report content, methodology, and scoring system remain the intellectual property of Blockchain and Marketing Solutions EOOD.
- You may use the report internally and share it with your development team for implementation.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the report without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

- Our service provides recommendations and generated files. Implementation is your responsibility.
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, visibility scores, or outcomes in AI systems, as these depend on factors outside our control.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data Processing

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

- We will access and analyze your publicly available website content.
- We will send AI queries about your website to third-party AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) as part of the audit.
- We will store your order information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. W-8BEN-E Form

For US customers requiring tax documentation, we can provide a W-8BEN-E form upon request. Please contact us at office@workerlab.ai to request this document.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing customers before they take effect.
